During his days at Antilles School, he blended academic achievements and spirited adventures, especially his enthusiasm for kite surfing.

Destiny's next port of call was Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. Within its hallowed halls, Economics whispered to him the secrets of business strategy and decision-making, equipping him for the tumultuous yet rewarding world of marine businesses. 2004 marked a significant waypoint as he dove into the family jewel, Cruise Ship Excursions. Displaying a prodigious commitment, he swiftly added the captain's license to his trove of accomplishments.

Adam’s touch transformed the Virgin Islands into a sought-after marine destination. Visitors were not just guests; they became part of an immersive marine narrative he passionately penned. By 2012, St Maarten beckoned, and as General Manager and Director of Out Island Charters, he set a course toward unexplored avenues, driving innovation and commercial success.

Yet, the nostalgic allure of St. Thomas called him home in 2016. His return was challenged by nature's fury in Hurricane Irma of 2017 and humanity's trials during the 2019 pandemic. Yet, with the resilience of a seasoned mariner, he turned adversities into opportunities for growth and transformation.

With the wisdom of over two decades at sea, he steers the ship as Marine Operations Manager and Product Developer at Chukka. The strategic decision to meld Cruise Ship Excursions into Chukka's expansive portfolio in 2023 underscores his visionary leadership. Moreover, the marine grapevine is excited about his next endeavor, a lavish private boat charter.

Beyond boardrooms and boats, he remains anchored to his community, shaping the next generation of marine enthusiasts in the Virgin Islands. And as the sun sets, he reconnects with his first love: the ocean, indulging in kite surfing and tranquil boat rides.
